Victoria is the co-owner and CEO of Palmer Group Limited, a family business based in the USA and Ghana. Palmer Group Limited has a diverse portfolio comprising of Agricultural commodities, OfficeScop Data Management Services, Hospitality Management and Consultancy, Real Estate and Private Security Services. Proir to starting her own business, Victoria worked in the Community Healthcare as the Worcester area Director for Program Development for Alternatives for fifteen years. Alternatives is a health and human service provider for the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health; She is also working on her new foundation, The West African Humanitarian Organization (WAHO). WAHO is a nonprofit foundation that strives to raise awareness through trainings, resources mobilization and implementation of structures to streamline emergency response resources and services in Ghana. As a strong advocate for mental health, women, and children; Victoria is a certified trainer with a repertoire of community integration initiatives in mental healthcare, mentoring, career and business development. She was recently appointed Coordinator for the Ghana Chapter of the Ghana Advocacy Group (GAG). GAG is a network of Ghanaian multi-disciplinary professionals in Ghana and in the diaspora who are raising awareness and providing resources to address the socioeconomic challenges that affects homeless women and children in Ghana.
Victoria is also a member of the Clean Ghana Army, an advocacy group that seeks to address the health and sanitation issues through awareness, education and organized cleanup efforts in Ghana. Victoria is a philanthropist and loves to give back, she is a proud member of the Good Fellow Foundation in Ghana. Victoria is married with two children. She loves empowering and mentoring young up and coming leaders. She also spends time raising awareness about mental illness in African communities.
